My Story
Writing has long been a part of who I am, the thread running through everything I do. It’s how I think and make sense of life, and is a skill I continue to hone through years of practice. I believe language is the most powerful tool we have. When used well it creates narratives that touch people in ways that surprise even the ones telling the story.
My career was built in product strategy and operations within financial services, supporting a platform used by over 1,400 people. A consistent part of that work was communication — product newsletters, release updates, stakeholder notes, internal announcements. It wasn’t the whole job, but a thread that ran through it reliably. The audience needed information quickly, clearly, and in a way that respected their time. That experience shaped how I think about writing for sophisticated audiences, and what it means to make them want to slow down.
Now, I bring both together in a focused writing practice. I work with founders, businesses and brands who want to communicate with clarity and intention, in a voice that’s unmistakably theirs.
The strongest narratives begin with understanding; the world you’re building, who you’re building it for, and what makes your story different from others being told right now. My role is to ask the right questions, listen carefully, and find the words that do your work justice.
This is an expression of the kind of work I’ve long wanted to do; giving human, intentional and considered language to the layered work of building.
